I'm looking for a self-paced mindfulness online course for my kid, ideally one that is by a licensed teacher,. Any ideas? I'd be grateful for any ideas or suggestions.- Fiana1979

Hello there.
I would advise purchasing a homeschool mindfulness online course by a licensed teacher instead of just mindfulness courses created by anyone. You can take a look at some of the New Jersey mindfulness classes here: mindfulness and yoga home-school course and curriculum.- Kinsleigh_home school

Our own conclusion after looking for a self-paced mindfulness online course is that Lernsys has some of the best mindfulness lessons by licensed teachers. We will also not homeschool again with a program that is not by state licensed teachers.
