Greetings everyone,study Do homeschooled students in Illinois have access to school services in Woodstock, Illinois? By the way, any feedback on the Lernsys program? Thanks in advance for the home-schooling advice

Hi!study Yes, homeschooled students are permitted by law to access a few school services. The public school system in Illinois is mandated by law to make available some services to homeschoolers in Illinois. The individual school districts and schools get to decide this and you should contact them before May 1. These services may include: participating in events, groups, or athletics upon prior permission by the local school board to confirm accessibility. Upon confirmation by the local school board, the homeschooled child is permitted to participate in extracurricular activities such as physical education, band and drivers ed which may be available in specific cities. Certainly, homeschooled children are allowed to access several school services in Illinois. Luckily, certain services are available to students but you have to check with the school.
