Need to join a homeschool group in Normal

I am considering homeschooling my son this year remotely. I really like the Lernsys homeschooling curriculum. We're in Normal, Illinois and would like to socialize with other homeschooling families. Also, if we can get some reviews on the program too I would be thankful. Any recommendations pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
