Hi! For homeschoolers, I believe it is much more prudent to study with a program which employs state accredited reading teachers with a state accepted reading homeschool program rather than randomly built reading lessons that may not comply with Michigan's reading standards. You may want to check out the ones in this page, as there are some very good options to hand-pick from: second grade the best lessons.

If you need a hand finding an accredited Michigan homeschool second grade reading course, I would start reviewing some options here grade 2 homeschool curriculum.

Personally I actually feel that it may be a better idea if you're looking to get a reading program or an accredited Michigan reading course, to look at options that may go above and beyond your state's. I would start here: second grade online curriculum.
