Question about homeschool trademark

  Amaiah_home school » Fri, 18 Dec 2020 15:42:41 PM

Greetings moms and dads,emoji-happy I'm a pretty new homeschooling momma needing some assistance. Does any other parent here know about copyright law? I would really like to copy a handful of pages from a coding book that has a lot of geography for middle school curriculum for grade 5 so I can homeschool my kid. Do I need to get copyright or trademark permission from the author to do this? Any ideas? emoji-think

Hello, From what I understand, if it's ten percent or less, you should be OK. I really feel that it's legal.
