Lernsys trademark question

  Hargun1973 » Tue, 09 Feb 2021 20:43:41 PM

Hey there,homeschool-placer I am a pretty new homeschooling parent trying to get some recommendations. I am thinking of making copies of a handful of pages from a Spanish 1 book for coding curriculum I need for 5th grade. Do I actually need to get copyright or trademark permission from the author before I do this? Any help with this is appreciated!

Hihomeschool-placer I think you're allowed by law to copy up to 10% as long as it is for teaching and not for commercial purposes.

Hi, I think it's ok but maybe you should check with the publisher.

If it's for teaching, scholarship or research, you should be OK. I actually feel that it's authorized.
