My impression is that you may want to review either any state or nationally certified physical science curriculum instead of only Illinois accredited physical science curriculum. A nationally certified physical science course will open a pretty good amount of more doors.

Our own experience searching for curriculum based on Illinois's curriculum was that because most states use common core standards, that it is also a good option to study with physical science courses based on a nationally recognized physical science curriculum or any other state.
