Greetings, Families are legally permitted to homeschool in Texas. To homeschool in Texas, be sure to comply with some guidelines. There are basically just two prerequisites to homeschool your kid in Texas. 1. Teach the required subjects 2. Use a written curriculum (online programs meet this condition).
