Best Practice: Before recording all of your course lessons, first record a quick 2 to 3 minute lesson and submit it to our Review Team. The Review Team can look at your video and offer feedback (if necessary) on its video and audio quality. They will also check to ensure that other settings such as file format and size are correct. This will save you valuable time having to redo your lessons down the road because of an incorrect setting.

You can send the video file to us (free) via: www.lernsys.wetransfer.com  Be sure to include your full name when you send the test video. Typically, you will receive an email reply within 48 hours. The email address to send the video to is: [email protected].

To Pass Our Review Process

• Your video must be in 720p HD minimum. Shot with good lighting, proper framing, and camera is steady
• Your video must contain good quality audio. You can learn more about audio here
• Video-lesson must be between 5 to 10 MB per each minute of recording
• Text large enough to be clearly visible
• Use a clean, uniform, and non distracting backdrop. The background should contrast with the subject so that the speaker stands out
• 5 to 10 MB (maximum) per each minute of recording in order to ensure fast streaming even to mobile devices. For free software or to optimize your video, see Optimizing Output Video Size
• File Type must be .mp4
• Lighting must be balanced, bright, minimal shadows (unless you are using a projector). For tips, see here.
